This role allows for a remote working arrangement while primarily servicing a school format. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to address the emotional and behavioral issues faced by students.

• Assist students in developing coping strategies and life skills through personalized treatment plans and ongoing counseling sessions.

• Serve as a critical advocate, facilitating access to community resources, social services, and networks that promote student well-being.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support to ensure the safety and stability of clients in critical moments.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, including progress notes and assessments, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with school personnel such as teachers and psychologists to ensure consistent support and effective communication regarding each student's progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continued education and supervision, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on students ranging from elementary to high school, addressing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and social-emotional disorders. Your expertise will guide these young individuals through personal struggles to enhance their academic performance and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• At least four years of clinical experience in mental health, with a proven track record in outpatient settings.

• Demonstrated capability to provide therapeutic services using various modalities tailored to different age groups and individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
