Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring tailored support for each individual.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and specify interventions to support students' mental health and academic needs.

• Collaborate closely with school personnel, including teachers and school counselors, to promote a holistic approach in supporting the mental health of students.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment while effectively creating safety plans when necessary, ensuring student safety as a top priority.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our organization’s electronic health record system.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that address common adolescent issues such as stress management, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.

• Actively participate in case consultation meetings with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
