Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their individual needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure tailored support for each child and family.

• Monitor the progress of children in their developmental milestones and adjust the intervention strategies as necessary.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, empowering them with knowledge and tools to foster their child’s growth and development.

• Uphold compliance with all federal and state regulations governing the provision of social services.
\n
• Foster relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a nurturing and conducive learning environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in alignment with the Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance developmental outcomes.

• Engage with families using a coaching model, delivering education in natural settings to improve child development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on children, particularly infants and toddlers who may have disabilities or developmental delays. Your role as an LCSW will involve providing specialized early intervention services that support children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills within a school context. You will make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children and their families by facilitating access to essential resources and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
