Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews and psychosocial assessments to identify individual student needs.
\n
• Collaborate with the Clinical and Drug Rehabilitation Program (CDRP) treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each student, presenting these plans for review and approval.
\n
• Participate in clinical case conferences, offering insights and recommendations to enhance treatment efficacy.
\n
• Develop and deliver informative educational lectures focused on chemical dependency and related issues, tailored to educate students and their families.
\n
• Provide skills-based individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing chemical dependency issues among students.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions, including Adolescent, Significant Other, Family, and Multi-Family therapy as necessary, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
\n
• Offer case management services that include coordinating resources and referrals, ensuring students have access to necessary external support systems.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents within the school setting, along with their families. Understanding the challenges that young individuals face today, your work will be pivotal in providing them with the resources, strategies, and support needed to navigate their mental health concerns and achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy within the past five (5) years is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a school-based setting or with adolescents is highly desirable.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and telehealth systems to document patient care and therapies.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in addiction counseling and family therapy is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute effectively to our multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
