This role is conducted primarily in a remote setting where the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide clinical support to students within various schools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions for students exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disturbances.

• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe environment that promotes trust and open communication.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans while ensuring coordinated services among clients, families, and stakeholders.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, responding to students in distress and facilitating immediate support.

• Offer a range of treatment services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of students.

• Monitor client progress, facilitating regular evaluations to adapt treatment plans as necessary and ensure desired outcomes.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collectively strategize around student care and optimize support services.

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with organization policies, as well as local and state regulations.

• Completing documentation and reporting in a timely manner to maintain accurate records for both clinical and administrative purposes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents who may be dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and emotional disturbances. The focus on under-served populations requires a culturally competent approach, ensuring that all clients feel respected and valued in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the State of Oregon.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
