Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs and circumstances of each patient, drawing upon your education and clinical experience.

• Collaborate closely with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing, tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, including Walmart Health & Wellness psychologists and primary care practitioners, to create an integrated care model that supports comprehensive patient wellness.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress toward treatment objectives, ensuring adjustments are made as necessary, whether through in-person consultations or remote sessions.

• Assist healthcare providers in managing psychotropic medications, focusing on treatment adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating overall treatment efficacy.

This role is centered around supporting the mental health of students within the school system, including children and adolescents experiencing a range of psychological issues. Qualifications\n
