Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via video conference, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all clients.

• Manage your scheduling and client appointments, maintaining an updated calendar to maximize availability and client satisfaction.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service to streamline claims processing and manage client accounts efficiently.

• Accurately complete all documentation and record-keeping for client interactions in a timely and organized manner.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share insights and best practices while continually improving your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Phoenix Psychotherapy Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, spanning various age groups and backgrounds. Our patients may present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Current, unrestricted LCSW licensure for independent practice.

• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule, working a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least 2 evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists receive hourly compensation plus the potential for a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
