Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, facilitating a flexible schedule tailored to the needs of our clients and their families. As a member of our outpatient team, you will engage with students and staff from various schools, collaborating with education professionals to provide holistic care that integrates emotional and academic support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to assess the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of students and their families.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to facilitate coordinated care that addresses all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psycho-education classes, and supportive resource groups aimed at building coping skills and resilience.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with students ranging in age from preschool through high school, as well as their families. The job entails addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and behavioral challenges. This position allows you to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with youth and their families, guiding them on their journey toward improved emotional and behavioral health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health, outpatient, or school setting.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment modalities applicable to youth and adolescents.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
