Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals based on their unique needs, using evidence from education, experience, and professional standards.

• Engage in collaborative therapeutic engagements that include evidence-based behavioral therapies such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy, adapting as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate therapy effectiveness by systematically assessing client progress towards established treatment goals, whether through video conferencing or phone consultations.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and medical practitioners, to create an integrated healthcare approach that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Assist in managing patients' psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence and monitoring side effects to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
