Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and impartial psychosocial assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, using your educational background and clinical experience.

• Work collaboratively with patients to design and implement individualized treatment plans, aligning with their goals and preferences.

• Provide evidence-based behavioral therapies including, but not limited to, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy to encourage patient engagement and progress.

• Maintain regular communication with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, discussing treatment plans, medication management, and progress updates.

• Monitor patients' responses to therapy and adapt treatment strategies as needed, whether via phone, video, or in-person visits.

• Assist healthcare providers in the management of psychotropic medications, offering insights into treatment adherence and side effects while fostering a holistic view of the patient's health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
