Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Therapist, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
\n
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, continually reassessing and adapting as necessary.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their feelings, thoughts, and relationships, fostering insight and self-discovery.

• Track client progress through ongoing assessments, providing feedback and guidance to help cultivate healthy coping mechanisms and life skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly serve a diverse clientele of stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in applying an empathetic and individualized approach to effectively address their unique needs. By empowering clients with tools and strategies to manage their mental health, you will contribute to enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license, which qualifies you to practice independently without supervision. Licenses accepted include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no prior disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and client-focused demeanor.

• Strong proficiency with technology and an ability to adapt to new systems seamlessly.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy and providing remote counseling services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with client management systems and electronic health records will facilitate your onboarding and client interactions, allowing you to maximize your effectiveness from day one.
