Work Environment\n

As a remote provider, you will benefit from a flexible work setup that enables you to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of your patients. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variance based on patient demand. You will have access to various tools, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, to streamline your workflows and enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify each patient’s unique needs and challenges, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families in their mental health journeys.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a platform for patients to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build a sense of community.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and resources to stabilize situations.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of patient encounters in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and best practices, further enhancing patient care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually improve therapeutic approaches and outcomes.

You will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with individuals across different age groups and backgrounds—meeting them where they are in their mental health journeys and advocating for their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic principles, with a proven track record in assessing and managing patient needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic rapport and collaborative relationships.

• Sound clinical judgment and adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and other relevant technological applications to facilitate organized patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
