This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility in work-life balance while allowing you to reach clients in the comfort of their own environments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, including emotional, behavioral, and social factors that may affect their overall well-being.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring they are culturally relevant and address the unique challenges each client faces.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth to clients, applying therapeutic modalities appropriate for their specific conditions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment adjustments, and collaborative interactions with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care psychologists.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and ongoing professional development opportunities, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and best practices.

• Guide clients and their families by offering education on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and support system.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
