This is a full-time remote position where you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that your clients receive the support they need. While the majority of your work will be conducted virtually, you will occasionally engage in face-to-face interactions or collaborative meetings, which may extend into evenings or weekends based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, impartial psychosocial assessments of patients, utilizing your education and professional training to identify their unique needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy, to facilitate client progress and heal emotional distress.

• Regularly monitor client responses to therapy and assess progress toward goals through effective communication and evaluation, ensuring clients are engaged throughout the process.

• Aid medical professionals in managing psychotropic medications, focusing on treatment adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating overall treatment effectiveness.

The patients at our Detox Center are individuals seeking support during their recovery from substance use and associated mental health challenges. You will work with clients who may be facing complex psychological issues stemming from their addiction, requiring empathetic, culturally competent care. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
