Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose where necessary, and evaluate patients’ mental health status using established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), ensuring the development of individualized care plans tailored to the diverse needs of our patient population.

  Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress, providing evidence-based interventions and strategies to manage mental health diagnoses effectively.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical reports, and all relevant information in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to design comprehensive treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and desired outcomes, addressing safety concerns and promoting symptom reduction.

  Act as a liaison for patients, coordinating referrals and establishing strong relationships with external treatment providers and agencies to facilitate ongoing support.

  Engage in educational activities by mentoring students, interns, and volunteers, sharing knowledge, and enhancing the skills of future practitioners in mental health.

  Participate in clinical supervision activities which may include peer reviews, chart audits, and collaborative clinical discussions to support the professional development of your colleagues.

This role primarily focuses on individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses, requiring sensitivity and an understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges these patients face. Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  A current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
