Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized psychotherapy and mental health services to patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct in-depth patient assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning and identify treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, in consideration of cultural competence and patient specificities.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting intervention strategies when necessary, in conjunction with feedback from healthcare professionals.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards of practice, including confidentiality and patient consent documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with patients undergoing detoxification and those dealing with associated mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
