Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients via telehealth and virtual support platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate interventions.

• Actively participating in treatment planning, ensuring individual treatment goals align with the clients' recovery journey.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborating closely with medical professionals, addiction specialists, and case managers to provide holistic support for clients.

• Documenting client progress, treatment results, and adapting care plans based on evolving needs.

• Providing education and support to clients and families regarding mental health, addiction recovery, and available resources.

• Engaging in regular supervision and continuing education to remain at the forefront of best practices in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients at varying stages of detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Working with this vulnerable population demands sensitivity, patience, and the ability to create a trusting atmosphere. You will advocate for clients' needs, helping them navigate the complexities of recovery while addressing co-occurring mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure by the Department of Public Health in Arizona.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential outreach activities.

• At least one year of experience working with clients in early intervention or mental health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
