Work Environment\n

This role is performed remotely, offering you the flexibility of working from home while still playing an integral part in our Detox Center initiatives. Regular business hours are expected, but some evening and weekend hours might be required based on the needs of our clients and program activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to accurately identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges.

• Develop personalized service plans that align with each client's unique goals, implementing strategies and monitoring progress throughout their journey.

• Provide individual and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients as they navigate challenging life situations, such as recovery from substance abuse.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate service plans, ensuring they have access to the resources necessary for their empowerment and sustained recovery.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and devising safety plans to protect clients under duress.

• Work collaboratively with community organizations to coordinate comprehensive services and advocate for clients’ needs.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, raising awareness about the services we provide while promoting the importance of mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
