Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing LCSWs the flexibility to work from their home office while being integrated into a supportive team environment. Our team utilizes cutting-edge telehealth technology to ensure effective communication, consultation, and treatment plan development. Working Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will be able to deliver high-quality care within a structured setting designed to promote both clinician and client growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored care plans through collaboration with fellow therapists, addiction specialists, and healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive strategies that address each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing observational and clinical assessment tools, to identify individual strengths and challenges and inform treatment directions.

• Provide education to clients and their families about available resources and coping strategies that promote health and stability, bridging the gap between care and community support.

• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices in mental health and addiction therapy to continually innovate care approaches and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes as per organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals grappling with addiction and substance use, many of whom may also face co-occurring mental health disorders. The client population includes diverse backgrounds, with many clients being older adults seeking recovery and comprehensive mental health support. Your work will involve building rapport, trust, and understanding within these sensitive contexts, creating a safe space for clients to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in social work is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• An active LCSW license issued by the State of Nevada is mandatory to practice in this role.

• Minimum two years of experience in therapeutic settings, preferably in addiction recovery or mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
