Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and emotional support to patients with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, considering emotional, behavioral, and social factors that influence their wellbeing.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based strategies, cultural competence, and patient preferences to address unique therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical judgment and feedback from patients.

• Offer education and guidance to patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing the challenges of detoxification and those managing co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
