Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessment for clients in need of immediate support.

• Facilitating therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community connection and personal growth.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
