Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, identifying symptoms and the underlying factors affecting mental health.

• Administer therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance patient care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices, integrating the latest research into your clinical work.

• Manage your caseload effectively, ensuring timely progression toward treatment goals while upholding ethical standards outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
