Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions through video or phone sessions, applying evidence-based practices and culturally relevant modalities.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions designed to foster community and shared experiences among clients, focusing on recovery from substance use and mental health disorders.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive client treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and cultural identities of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with clients who are undergoing detoxification and dealing with the complexities of substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health challenges. The clients are often from varied cultural backgrounds, and as such, you will be crucial in providing support that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences and perspectives. Your ability to integrate holistic practices will play an essential role in addressing their needs and promoting sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field. (Master's degree preferred)

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
