Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students by interviewing them and their families, identifying key concerns and determining appropriate interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs, involving specific therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices tailored to each student.

• Monitor and document progress regularly, utilizing assessment tools and treatment goals to adjust plans as necessary and ensure positive outcomes.

• Proactively identify at-risk students and design preventative strategies to mitigate potential mental health crises, using early intervention techniques to provide timely support.

• Collaborate with the care team, including teachers and school administrators, to establish integrated care plans that address academic and emotional needs, thus promoting overall student success.

Compensation and Benefits\n
