Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, setting achievable goals and measurable outcomes.

• Coordinate with school staff, including teachers, counselors, and administrators, to ensure comprehensive support for students' mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services, ensuring that students are safe and secure while receiving appropriate support.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of all interactions as required by ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, facilitating effective care continuity.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote mental health awareness and resilience among students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
