Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of students and their families.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and tailored interventions for each student.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, creating safety plans that prioritize the well-being of students.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to foster resilience and coping skills among students.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all records reflect the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
