Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive virtual therapy to a minimum of 25 clients per week, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client needs, create individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support.
\n
• Facilitate engaging sessions that empower clients to understand and manage their mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintain detailed client records and document progress in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards using our advanced EHR system.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management, treatment updates, and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with ancillary health providers when necessary to promote holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working predominantly with adult clients seeking mental health support. You will engage with those navigating various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our practice embraces a diverse clientele, and you will have the opportunity to foster relationships with individuals from varying backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, men dealing with mental health concerns, and those from numerous cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW-C license to practice in the State of Maryland.
\n
• Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience.
\n
• Insurance provider requirements met including possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Experience in providing therapy to the LGBTQIA+ community and working with culturally diverse populations.

• A background in Men's mental health initiatives.
\n
• Previous experience in conducting virtual therapy is a plus, showcasing adaptability to a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive at $85,000 to $104,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
