Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and ongoing psychosocial assessments to understand patient and family concerns, strengths, and needs, integrating the most recent DSM diagnostic criteria for disorders.

• Develop and periodically revise individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals based on the specific psychosocial needs of each client.

• Lead educational and therapeutic groups, documenting patient goals and their responses to group activities to track progress effectively.

• Participate actively in treatment-planning meetings, sharing insights on patient progress and documenting necessary updates on treatment plans.

• Skillfully identify and manage resistance and conflict that arises in therapeutic settings, facilitating discussions that promote self-reflection among clients regarding their coping mechanisms.

• Maintain precise and legible patient records aligned with professional standards, ensuring all assessments, interventions, and correspondence with outside agencies are documented adequately.

• Utilize supportive therapeutic techniques, including behavior modification and assertiveness training, to assist clients in their recovery journeys.

• Gather and analyze relevant medical, social, and emotional data through interviewing techniques, collaborating closely with our healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve individuals who are undergoing detoxification for substance use disorders and may also address co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will guide clients and their families in understanding the recovery process, enhancing coping strategies, and improving aftercare planning. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 for this full-time role.
