Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct psychotherapy services to clients, employing evidence-based methods tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct training and workshops for interns and trainees, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Oversee the documentation process for interns, ensuring that all educational requirements are met.

• Assist in the evaluation of intern performance and support their professional development through feedback and mentorship.

• Maintain accurate records in our AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring timely data entry and compliance with audit requirements.

• Participate in agency meetings, contributing to discussions about program development and operational efficiency.

• Respond to both crisis and non-crisis situations, providing clinical consultation to clients and caregivers.
\n
• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to manage caseloads effectively and address any issues that may arise.
\n
• Execute regular checks of the virtual and physical environments to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives for client records and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adults, and families facing a variety of emotional and social issues. Our clientele may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
