Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Provide live clinical supervision and guidance to practitioners, ensuring adherence to best practices and policies during behavioral health interventions.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, including child abuse and mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Advocate for clients by researching and connecting them to community resources such as food assistance, healthcare, and child care services.

• Monitor client progress, performing regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate improvements in their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is required.

• Previous experience working with veterans is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
