Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique strengths and areas for growth.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Design and coordinate complex treatment and discharge plans, especially for clients facing dual diagnoses and co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.

• Act as a resource for clinical staff, providing guidance on complex case management and may serve in a supervisory capacity to less experienced clinicians.

• Facilitate training and workshops aimed at enhancing the skills of treatment staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical protocols.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, complying with licensing and organizational standards.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and make appropriate adjustments to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including significant anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships with a diverse client demographic, some of whom may have complex social needs.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical social work, with a focus on crisis intervention and management.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in California is mandatory.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
