Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual intake assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' symptoms, functioning levels, and daily routines.

• Evaluate treatment needs and create tailored therapeutic programs that incorporate practical activities into clients' daily lives.

• Provide ongoing support and direction via our digital platform, delivering real-time psychoeducation, encouragement, and adjustments to treatment as needed.

• Monitor client progress utilizing engagement data and clinical assessments, ensuring continual optimization of personalized care plans.

• Celebrate client milestones and collaborate to develop strategies for overcoming barriers to consistent engagement with treatment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and clinical records following professional standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, fellow social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to client care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker within our detox center, you will work with a diverse group of clients who may be struggling with co-occurring disorders involving substance use and mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. You will be instrumental in creating behavioral health solutions that resonate with clients on a personal level, addressing their specific challenges and promoting sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work with current state licensure (LCSW or equivalent) in good standing.
