Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients who are navigating mental health challenges related to substance use disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically designed for clients in recovery from substance abuse.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records according to state guidelines and organizational policies to support ongoing treatment and compliance.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, ensuring integrated care that aligns with clients' therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
