Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resource availability, ensuring that you gather all necessary information to tailor treatment effectively.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions, facilitating ongoing assessment and adaptation as clients progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to create and implement cohesive, client-centered care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing risk assessment protocols and safety planning techniques to protect clients in high-risk situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and tailored support groups designed to foster community and resilience among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with individuals navigating various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
