Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, resources, and histories.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy through various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and therapeutic interventions, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, providing immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support optimal patient care.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to create a community of healing and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
