Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to analyze the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, including conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to establish customized treatment plans aligning with their needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders.

• Continuously assess and monitor client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to suit evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients who are experiencing a range of mood disorders within a detoxification environment. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
