Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and create personalized treatment plans that utilize best practices and solution-focused techniques.

• Implement diverse therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to accommodate the individual preferences and requirements of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

• Engage in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around providing mental health support to students within the school environment in Islip, New York. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a deep commitment to the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the hard work and commitment our LCSWs bring to the clinic. As such, we offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
