In this full-time remote position, you will be instrumental in delivering much-needed mental health services to students in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand the unique mental health challenges, strengths, and resources of students.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the student’s needs.
\n
• Utilize specialized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to address mental health issues effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and directly linked to the student’s academic and emotional needs.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes teachers, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to ensure a well-coordinated care approach.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for students experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focused on coping skills and mental health literacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. By working closely with the school environment, you will engage with students who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, learning disabilities, or behavioral issues. Your role is vital in ensuring that these young people have access to the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient mental health settings, preferably with children and adolescents.
