Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, particularly related to substance use.

• Developing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Providing psychotherapy sessions that incorporate therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring alignment with each client's goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance care quality.
\n
• Empowering clients and their families through education on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, fostering a support system for recovery.

• Staying current with developments in mental health research and treatment modalities, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

• Managing a full caseload of clients, ensuring efficient and effective progress toward treatment goals while adhering to the highest ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
