Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Growth Institute, you will have a range of crucial responsibilities, including:

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their challenges and promote lasting change.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards to ensure clients' confidentiality and uphold the integrity of our practices.

• Collaborating effectively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide coordinated and holistic care for all patients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance professional skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals facing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and various social stressors that impact their recovery. Qualifications\n
