Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to address diverse issues.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that set clear goals, interventions, and progress evaluations for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and educators to formulate holistic treatment strategies and coordinate care.

• Offer crisis intervention services that include risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support during critical situations.

• Advocate for clients' rights and needs by connecting them with community resources, providing case management support, and facilitating access to necessary services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
