Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely structured to allow for a remote work setting, facilitating flexibility while engaging directly with clients within schools in Nashville, Tennessee. The remote approach is supplemented with in-field work, where the social worker will collaborate with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student mental health actively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Work closely as a clinician with assigned students who exhibit symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, providing both individual and group therapy.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management strategies and share insights aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to craft integrated care plans tailored to meet each student's needs, ensuring collaboration with families and other healthcare providers.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing appropriate methodologies to address immediate mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children, many of whom come from under-resourced communities. North Social Services Agency offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
