Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify strengths and challenges in child development.

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with family priorities and concerns.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the implemented IFSPs and adjust strategies as necessary based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Provide coaching and support to families, enhancing their capacity to foster their child's growth in key developmental areas.

• Facilitate participation in team meetings to discuss individual cases, share insights, and promote a collaborative approach to care.

• Advocate for families while ensuring a child-centered, evidence-based practice approach is maintained throughout all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role directly impacts young children aged infants to toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. Compensation and Benefits\n
