Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments with new clients, gathering vital information about their symptoms, daily functioning, and overall mental health history.

• Provide continuous support via our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and adaptive program adjustments to meet dynamic client needs.

• Monitor client progress through both engagement data and clinical assessments, adjusting tailored care plans to optimize client outcomes.

• Celebrate client achievements, fostering a positive relationship and collaboratively addressing barriers to engagement and treatment adherence.

• Maintain professional clinical records while adhering to all HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security regarding client information.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to deliver integrated care tailored to client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
