Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy, addressing the mental health needs of clients across various age groups and backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments with clients, adapting as necessary to accommodate changing needs and availability.

• Utilize a third-party billing service to process insurance claims, manage accounts receivable, verify client benefits, and set up payment plans.

• Engage in collaboration and consultation with fellow therapists to promote a cohesive treatment approach and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, including individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Our LCSW will focus on building strong therapeutic relationships, understanding each client's unique circumstances, and tailoring interventions to promote personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia, allowing for independent practice.

• Exceptional professionalism, therapeutic boundaries, and a commitment to cultural competency.

• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills, facilitating efficient management of caseload and client interactions.

• Availability to work full-time with at least 20-25 hours per week, including a minimum of two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
