Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in individual, couple, and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic and comprehensive care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adults to adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide a generous sign-on bonus for new hires that join our exceptional team.
