Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Your primary responsibilities will take place in a virtual environment, with opportunities to conduct in-person sessions as needed. This position allows you to establish your own office hours while meeting team needs, free from weekend requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and administrative staff, to provide holistic and coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to remain current with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and relational issues. By employing tailored therapeutic techniques, you will help clients navigate their emotional and psychological struggles, working towards their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is necessary.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards within the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
