Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, participating in case discussions to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.
