Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic programs over an 8-week period, tailored to meet individual client needs.
\n
• Monitor and document participant progress and engagement, providing ongoing follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to access community resources for clients, while facilitating the completion of necessary consent and authorization forms.
\n
• Recognize and address high-risk situations, demonstrating awareness of safety concerns and following established protocols to ensure client safety.
\n
• Engage actively in professional development through regular meetings with supervisors and peers, including monthly team gatherings and company-wide Town Halls.
\n
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold one of the following licenses:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

Additionally, all candidates should demonstrate:

• Willingness to maintain a consistent schedule to provide effective, uninterrupted care to patients.

• Clinical expertise in implementing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused frameworks.

• Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy as all roles are performed remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
