This remote, full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus. As an LPC, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic interventions and ensuring our clients receive comprehensive mental health support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes and assessments to evaluate mental health and psychosocial issues, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations.

• Collaborate effectively with primary care practitioners to enhance the holistic treatment of clients, ensuring mental health considerations are integrated into primary care.

• Provide immediate, therapeutic interventions for patients in need of urgent mental health support.

• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and modify treatment plans as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

• Support patients in developing personalized relapse prevention strategies and coping mechanisms.

• Document treatment processes and patient interactions accurately to comply with Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) standards.

• Educate clients on self-management skills to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Coordinate with auxiliary treatment services when necessary to provide well-rounded support for patients, with their consent.

• Maintain open communication with primary care providers to ensure collaborative and informed treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and various psychosocial issues. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring individualized care tailored to their unique needs and circumstances, thereby fostering an environment of empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid LPC license is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n
